Is there a difference in the after market spring hangers location and a, let's say, a 1985 SFA Vehicles spring hangers location?
For example, does the TG spring hanger increase height as compared to an original hangers location?

I understand the springs and shackles increasing vehicle height, but does the hanger also increase it an inch or so? It's hard to tell from some pics I have been looking at.

Most weld the new hanger underneath the factory hanger and thus giving the lift springs typically an extra inch or so of lift depending on the shackles
