BJ lift out SAS in process
I decided to have my 88 pickup BJ lifted to fit 33's in favor of a SAS lift kit from Trail Gear.I selected the TG 4" kit and heres my pics that my good friend Burt is building right now.

Ill show more when Burt gets it done.

Life is good when you have friends that know how to weld/fab
just curious how far forward you mounted the front spring mount? Did you order a long spline travel DS kit? I would recommend not running the stock front shaft. you are gonna get some decent flex out of the T-G springs and the stock shaft probably won't have enough slip...
extended Brake lines?

Yes I will need a longer custom built front shaft and Burt will get everything done for me pretty much workable for on and off road.

Yes when everything is pretty much soon complete and suspension tightened & operational.I will spray the exposed areas with a detail gun black.Im not in a hurry because I have a daily driver that has IFS suspension.

Don't forget to trim your excess U-bolts.
Retorque everything after 100 miles or so.
Never had a SFA truck or SAS yet that needed a steering stabilizer. I've put one on, but took it off eventually, never could tell the difference.
Looks nice, but if you are staying with 33s they are going to look just a tad small.
