Hopefully more to report on tuesday night. It's Thanksgiving in the Great White North tomorrow, so not much is getting done on the swap.

Sorry about the absence...life got busy there for a bit.
I finally got the cone washers for my knuckles. So the truck is/was under its own weight, but the hanger is going to have to be moved back about 1/2".
Unfortunately, because this is an FJ40 axle, with 3" HD springs, the TG high steer arms don't clear the spring pack...so after a lot of head scratching my buddy told me about frombe steer. Basically the knuckles face backwards and the passenger side arm is double ended for the drag link.
Here is the truck with a mock up of the frombe steer, I just mounted the TG arms backwards.
The keen observer may notice my next challenge in the last pic...
