Yeup, Tinkham is Exit 42. The airdown area that most folks use is just north of the bridge, on the east side of the street.
(fyi, I won't be there, I'm just responding to the quandry

Have fun! Are you guys going to try the hill climb?
I've got to play snowman and hand out gifts at our company's kids holiday party this weekend- can't be Santa Clause because that would be politically incorrect...
Just to hijack the thread for a second:
Crash, what model land cruiser?
I'm in the midst of getting a trail rig, and most recently have been waffling back and forth between an FJ-40 and possibly an ~85 Toy pickup. Any comments, suggestions?

Just buy something, you won't regret it.

I've also been thinking about a Honda passport with SAS both front and back!
Well, mostly just waiting to see whether we get christmas bonuses this year or not- that'll be the money for the trail rig.

hahaha i couldn't do the hill climb in the summer, let alone in 3 feet of snow!!! hahaha i don't think there will be 3 feet, because of the resent rain, but i don't really think it would be possible, unless you were maybe locked both front and back.

I am heading to Reiter on Sunday. So far there is only a couple other rigs from work~1995 Jeep ZJ bone stock and the 1997 Ford Explorer Sport (2WD) I think that it will be interesting to say the least. Anyone else up for a Sunday run?

Bone stock ZJ and a 2wd exploder? Must plan on staying in the gravel lot all day
What time are you figuring sunday, and where are you meeting? Last time I went to reiter, lake Isabelle was too snowy to get very far, so it would be interesting to try again. Either way, if I go I'll bring my buddy with his 85, dual ARB'd w/ a winch, so it'll give us 3 winches to pull the ZJ and Exploder through.

Hey Josh,
We are going to leave here at like 9am, and head out for Reiter. I guess that we will be there around 1015 or so. I guess that we could all meet up at the KFC in Monroe like the last time that I went out to Reiter (with the ZR2 Chevy guys). Hope that there are no "guts" anywhere this time!
What do you think?

Long time no see...
How is it going guys? Haven't see any of you since the May run at Reiters Pit. My Pathfinder is lifted with 33's now. Added Roof Rack and finally got decent sliders. I am waiting on a distibutor to arrive via UPS and don't expect it to come on the weekend or I would happily hook up with you this weekend.

It looks like there's a bunch of downed trees up there. At least that's what I read on the Snort BB. Anyway, I might be able to come up and play for an hour or two since I'll be down in that area today.

Hey Crash
Crash: Is anyone Organizing a run to clear these trees?? I am interested in helping, however I dont have a saw. Just a winch and my hands. I have Dec. 15-19th off for vacation, so if anyone with a saw wants to clear these things, lets organize a time and place. ALmost all the routes are blocked, includin g the wall and Lake Issabelle.
