Tinkham - 5/24/04

Pics are up! It was a fun little run, we got further than last time but once again we were foiled by snow. To make things harder this time we were also without a winch other than a come-a-long so we didn't take any unnecessary chances. We got to the notorious hillclimb but there was just enough snow left to keep us from attempting it. We found other things to play on, and the weather was beautiful.......

Oh ya, my stump is bigger than your rock Ben.

BTW Shane, thanks for offering to let me use the angle grinder. i ended up finally getting ahold of my neighbor and borrowing his 7" grinder, it made it a little hard being that big and all.

We were thinking of going again in two weeks but it's not set in stone yet. If nobody else beats me to it I'll jump-start an email thread tomorrow morning.

Is that Ben in the background looking all sad you tackled an obstacle bigger than his boulder?

Ben

I need to attend a stump 101 course before that gets attempted.

Don't worry Ben, we'll have you up to 2' rocks like the one in my last few pics before you know it.

Just the one foot rocks. The other one that you are still chewing the nails on looks nasty.
