You know, in the spirit the first guys climbing Mt. Everest or trying to get to the South Pole... We must plant the Toyota flag on top of Tinkham before some Jeep expedition beats us there!

I think that's already been taken care of on the run a couple weeks ago, I distinctly remember hearing Ben scream as Smegal drove by him.

(I gotta write up text for the pics, but I just didn't have time when I posted them to the page)

The stump was laying across the trail about 1/2 mile up the trail from the gates to the treatment plant.

Did you see the pics with the guys in the blue pickup? Those were taken on the way up - they were sitting there with a flat tire and no jack. So we stopped and helped them out. I pulled out the bottle jack and tools, Shane had a spinner wrench and Mike had air.

Now, can you guess how The Stump and the truck story are connected?

RIGHT!

The guys had been trying to get up to the summit, had come up on the stump, couldn't move it, so they went AROUND IT (to the left in the picture). Heh. That debeaded or otherwise trashed their right rear tire and left them with a flat. They came down off the mountain with it. That musta' sucked.

I have two highlifts. Thinking about running with both of them to, you never know. I only ended up with two being a buddy got out of wheeling to have kids with his woman and its hard to re-sell it. Like family life is more important than wheeling. Jeesh!

The HiLift's weren't safe on the stock bumper on that truck, and no one had the HiLift bumper adapter, since none of us need it!

It was actually "luck" that any of us had a stock bottle jack since I don't think any of us out there could use it on their trucks.
