Bain(Tony I'm guessing) never met you but sorry to hear about your string of bad luck, I know all about that, I think we all do. Sorry to hear about your friend. Glad you'll be coming though, it'll be good to get away and forget for awhile.

I'm trying like crazy to get a Corba 75 here and everything little I need for that b4 the run. Then I have Mike (Extream Offroad) rush shipping me some shackels and levo gauges. It's going to be a miricle if we all just make it there in ready to roll rigs. This is going to be a HUGE group, lots of fun, stories and video, w00t.

Wow. Sorry to hear that man. Like Scott said it will do you good to come out and play this weekend. YOu need it. And of course we will have to have a beer or twelve when you get there! I'll be monitoring the CB and I will also have my cell ( not sure if it will work, but if it does, it will be on)

Justin,
Thats cool, its was $30 though because its $10 a person a night plus a big fee. But, at this point there will probably be bed space so it will definately be woth it.

Also, where is woodstock? I need to get directions, I'm not sure if we will be coming up 16 or 26. I'll check right now...

Edit:
Just checked and mapblast has us going through atlanta on 16 to 75 to 575 etc etc... then it just gets complicated. Do you GA guys want to meet up somewhere and caravan? I will have two rigs and maybe another car with me.

Ha ha ha... Yeah... Now there's a yellow SAS'd 87 w/ 38.5" Boggers on it (they don't do well as street tires on the cruiser) in the front yard...

Ha ha ha...

You guys are gonna LOVE this... As much as we want to come, and show you boys how to wheel Lower 2 and Slickrock.. maybe Guardrail and Helicopter Pad too.... (doesn't sound like many of you want to run the REAL trails... )

AND as much as I'd LOVE to watch JoeD show you guys how to wheel the piss out of an Isuzu....

You're gonna be LIGHT one Landcruiser and one 4Runner. :pat:

Can't make this one guys... I have some new " blinging " wheels and some 35" AT's on the Cruiser...

I'm sure they'd do fine, but I need to spend some quality time w/ Jeremy's rig this weekend... probably gonna wrench on it all day Saturday or all day Sunday.

It was a unanimous vote between myself and Jeremy... Plus Wabbit's not there for me to make fun of....

So... Like Brian, we'll be there for the Spring Fling...

Sorry you cant make it jason, I understand though. You guys have a lot of work ahead of you to get that runner in shape for the next run. Josh has his 98 taco on the street now. Its just not trail tested yet. Maybee we could have a showdown at tellico in the spring with Josh's 98 taco on 38's and youre monster rig!

Woohoo, tell Paul to bring whatever that stuff is that he cooked last time and I'll bring some Conecuh Sausage again.

Marc-bringing your girlfriend? My wife will be with me.

I still plan on coming even though my cold/flu took a bad turn today b/c I lost my voice.

Well now that both Jason and Jeremy are gone on me, my site is empty. So Austin, any beds left for a 4ROC brother and his friend? Let me know, I would rather be up in the cabin now that the guys aren't coming. Get back to me when you can. Thanks bud.

I was just trying to make it look harder than it actually is , you know it's all about the presentation.

I could use somewhere to throw my pillow and blanket also, does anyone have room on their site for me and my 2 mutts?

i live at (literally, less than a mile) from exit 14 on 575, about 30 minutes north of atlanta. getting up to murphy won't be difficult, from there though who knows. unfortunately i won't be able to leave until i get off work friday afternoon.

zman,
when are you heading up? You want to caravan? I think justin is going to be a little late for our gang. Justin, give me your cell # and I'll call you if things change but I'm hoping to get up there a little before then.
