Actually, look up the Viejas casino's address. I'm serious. That's probably as close as you'll get as far as Mapquest because there's really nothing around Carveacre.

If that doesn't work, look up El Centro and add 50 miles.

Correct, 50 miles WEST.

There are long gaps between gas stations on the 8.

Is it that bad? I'm not really interested in exercisicing my insurance... But I would consider coming out for a spare seat!!!

Dont get me wrong, if I was paying for their insurance I would say &^&^ it and rip it up :-)

PPPPPLease bring the KIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really want to see this go down.

Ryan I am not so sure a Sorrento could do the back side of the trail(Corral Canyon). Maybe? If we do hit up CC after Carvacre I want to introduce you to a few new trails:Gunslider and Sidewinder. If figure since you herculined your truck a super tight trail would be okay.

Kia's off road

Carvacre was quite a bit tougher than any of these monster trails. God only knows what Carvacre is now......

then again, maybe they graded it. I went to the slot in Ocotillo last saturday, I went down it hoping for that extra-flexy crazy-steep excitement and I was rewarded with a driveway with potholes. Seriously, they should call it "The slope" now.

We need to go out with shovels and digs some ruts, or have Eric try to climb it doing some ATRAC experiments.

Hey *,

I haven't been out with you guys in a while. How long does it take to get to Alpine from Chula Vista? I may be there with my 2 munchkins.

Really too bad you cannot come out and play Seth. FYI since you have a bunch of Sway-a-way stuff also, a guy I know at 4WP's is gonna call the Rep and see if they will replace my coil over bodies because they are rusting. He asked me if that would be okay and I was totally floored by his offer. I said heck yeah see what you can do. I didn't even buy them there. Never know.

Alfred it will be great to see and wheel with you again. I will have my 2 1/2 year old with me.

If you take the 54 to the 125 to the 8 it should take less that 40 min.
