Hmm... INTERESTING.... I guess that would be a good time to talk to him about maybe doing a story on the yotatech documentary/film I will be working on this summer!

*Update*
I put the decal order in yesterday but my decal guy is going to be out of town for a week so be sure to put your order up! I did order a couple extra, but don't count on that to be yours!

I've been copied on the emails between Brian and Jordan. He's coming in a "official" capacity to cover the event for print. He's flying in from CA, so it's getting some attention in the 4WD world. He may just end up coming in and leaving at the same time Steve is so he can just ride down and back and not have to get a rental and find his way around in the sticks.

My offer still stands if anybody wants a ride from the Charlotte airport. It's on my way out that way.

It's probably cheaper too. For some reason Charlotte seems more expensive to fly in and out of. Seems wierd, especially since it is a US Airways hub.

Charlotte is more expensive because of the taxes from the city. Each airport pays taxes to the city they are in and Charlotte is one of he more expensive ones.
Living in Salisbury Ive flown out of both Charlotte and Greensburo and even though you are getting the exact same flight you actually pay less flying from Greensburo to Charlotte then to your destination. I know kinda funky but thats the facts.

and Greenboro is higher than Raleigh, go figure, I always drive an hour in the opposite direct to get a cheeper flight.

Update:

Last date for t-shirt PRE-PAID orders...your money must be IN the account by April 27 as I have to get the printer the size count on April 28, so no e-checks or something that won't clear on time.

This is it.

Are you stoked yet about SE4RJ3?

Please take note that upon arrival at SE4RJ3 that many of you have multiple folks in your parties that I have no idea what their names are. Not a problem, but if you want to be included in the raffle, I'll need to know their names...and for the catered meal as well so I can keep track of who is who. I'll have a simple complete list where I can record such information, so find me when you get there the first evening so I can make sure we got things straight for the meal and raffle. I would greatly appreciate it.

This is going to be your responsibility, as there is no way I can track down 50+ folks to make sure you are there or give out your t-shirts. I won't be hard to find as someone else there will know who/where I am.

Thanks for your cooperation and I'll see you at SE4RJ3.

This is why I'm glad all the old folks have their own cabin, far away from Crawfords so they're bickering won't ruin all the "wipper snappers" fun. And Doc is with us, so he can't be included in the grumpy ol' man coment.
