Hey guys,
I'm gauging interest on a possible Decal set for the trip. Its going to be something simple and monochromatic. Price will most likely be between $4-$5 depending on how many orders I get. I have started a thread with a poll to see how much interest there is going to be. So if you want one, be sure and vote so I can get on this and they will be there for the trip!

*While the is not binding, please do not vote if you do not intend to purchase a decal this is going to be out of my pocket*

The glass isn't very detailed? What are you babbling about Austin?

Sliders will be shipped out directly from Stubbs as they will be built vehicle specific.

All raffle prizes are always you gotta be there to win. Just makes sense to do it that way.

Throw me in the mud...I've had worse. I'll be sure to wipe myself off strategically.

I have been planning on coming to this all along, nothing has changed. I was only saying that Friday would be better for me too, its only my two pennies and I realize that. I wasnt bitching or complaining at all. See yall at Crawfords.

Well, I will definitely not be attending in any capacity. All of this bickering and whining about when we eat and prizes, etc has just completely turned me off on the event.

Just playing, I would love to come hang out with y'all in the mountains and get out of town for awhile but my sister just e-mailed me saying she is flying down from Buffalo for my graduation on Friday, my other sister decided to fill me on her plans of throwing my parents a 25th anniversiary party on Saturday, and Sunday will be my wife's second Mother's Day. So much for a quiet and relaxing weekend...on another note, this is the last time I will be able to blame school for getting in the way of my fun!

I am currently looking into alternatives for SE4RJ4 at a private ORV so we can get a date that will not coincide with anything for anybody as we'd have the park all to ourselves. It will be after the college kiddies are out of school, after Mother's Day and hopefully still in May before it gets too freaking hot. I am also going to try and commandeer a domain name for "SE4RJ" and put up a website/forum for the annual event, create an organized board for event decisions/rules/etc and I'd like to make our annual event beneficial to some type of non-profit 4x4 enthusiast group such as "Tread Lightly".

Just something to think about for next year.

I will talk to my business teacher,
but it might be best if you start your own non-profit that takes any extra profit and distributes it to the other non-profit you end up choosing. My vote would be to give to a non-prof that helps keep ORV parks open! Good idea!

edit: A few of you will be getting emails/pms from me in the next hour or so...

That's ok. It's a relatively short drive from Atlanta to hang out for 30min to see if I won something.

That's a great idea Brian. I really like the idea of money going to a worthy cause, I wouldn't mind paying more for an event like that. I hope the new location you have in mind isnt' too much more of a drive for any of us, 5 hrs is a haul as is, mostly just b/c of gas.

Great idea! I can say that Riverrock is pretty good-stuff for all levels. I plan on checking out Morris Mountain this weekend and possibly Gray Rock this weekend too as they are both having rides-a mini Ultimate Adventure!

Talking

Okay, there have been "just a few" of you who have missed the deadline and want t-shirts...I even had one person call me on the phone, you know who you are

Since I am a genuine nice guy I have helped you folks out and put in your t-shirt order.

I am in process of adding things up and the printer said he didn't need a count until the week's end...so...

The link is still active on the website (first post) and the SE4RJ3 t-shirt order thread...so you have until the end of the week to get in your order.

Sorry that I had to call and beg for an extension Mr. Wabbit !

I have been without Internet access for almost a week. I am in Chicago
training for the new job - I'm so excited. Great Job and good people.

I got the confirmation on Monday morning when the president of the company pulled into the parking lot in a modified 2001 4 runner - with his dog in the back ! He loved my runner and a man that will bring his dog to work ( office dog ) is immediately my best friend !

I am still pinching myself over this new job - WOW ! life is good

Thanks for the extension Brian.

I'll be in Tellico shortly after lunch on Thursday. Leaving from Maryville Chris.

I wish I knew if I was for sure free that weekend. I'd be up for it if I could get a couple friends to tag along with me. I doubt my truck is up for half the trails there though...

I already have my marlin sliders on....I'd like a Sonoran rear bumper, but I'll have to save up a little longer for that. I need to see if any of my SigEp brothers want to go.

At least you all have something worthy of putting sliders on.

This is going to be so awesome! Only 4 weeks away too!

It's going to be great to finally meet everybody too.
