SD wheeling soon?

ran up the east side of Bronco Peak yesterday to get my wheeling fix on the way to go fish the dam at Lake Morena. That trail has gotten real easy, lots of rocks moved, lots of dirt, i only hit sliders a couple times, not counting coming down the bypass at the half way mark. Of course i turned around at the top that boulder strewn downhill on the west side scares the crap out of me.
on a side note-good fishing for small large mouth, carp, bluegill...

I went shooting out the 8 tonight and I'm kinda worried that Carvacre and/or Corral Canyon is burning. The fire is across the street from Carveacre.
This was taken from Ch. 10 site...
CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST , Calif. -- A brush fire whipped by winds burned 150 acres and forced evacuations in the Cleveland National Forest as it spread into a wilderness area, the California Department of Forestry said.
Three hundred firefighters battled the blaze with the help of four helicopters and two air tankers, according to the CDF's Roxanne Provaznik.
The fire was reported at 6:04 a.m. on the east side of Lyons Valley Road, near Japatul Valley Road. The fire forced the closure of Lyons Valley Road between Japatul Valley Road and the detention center, the Barrett Honor Camp, Provaznik said.

I'm pretty sure it burned which means no off roading for erosions control...oh well, there are other spots.
i ran the Cleghorn trail which goes form the 15 in Cajon Pass up to Lake silver wood, went swimminng and made blended Margeritas with my travel blender
YUM!!! then went up to Deep Creek in big bear going down towards arrowhead, that trail is really fun and very difficult, cant wait to go up it! Swam in Deep Creek which is absolutly paradise! Even some rock to jump off there.
Great weekend of wheeling got my fix
