Pismo 4RJ07, Oct. 12th-14th

Where: Oceano Dunes, CA
When: Oct. 12th-14th, 2007
DETAILS

I know I am planning this on TOF but the invite still goes out to all. I wanted to make sure everyone gets invited and knows about it. Feel free to post here if you don't want to post over there and I can add your name to the list. Most of the people on the list visit both so I don't think it will be a problem. Stay tuned for more details, and I will post up when I have updates.

This trip will be planned by locals like me and Cabbage as well as the same guys who planned the previous 4RJs, so you know its gonna be good!
Dates of event: October 12th-14th, 2007
Location: Oceano Dunes SVRA, CA

(Reservations)
http://www.reserveamerica.com/ca/Oce...&parkId=120065

Price to camp is $10.00 per night and it covers one vehicle and one legally towed vehicle.
Day use is $5.00 or you can buy a year pass for $50.00 that is good for all California SVRAs. Day use passes are good till 11pm.

Camp Area Info:

Once you are in the park, head South down the beach. The camp area will be between pole #7 and the end of where you can drive on the beach (basically if you get to the fence on the beach, you went a little too far, but are right in the general area)
The camp will be between the high tide line and the restrooms which are a couple hundred yards in towards the dunes. We should be the biggest group out there that weekend so we should be pretty easy to spot.
For those that have GPS here are the coordinates:
N35 03.790 W120 37.671

Communication:
CB channel- 16
FMRS (little motorolas) channnel: 14 privacy code 0

T-Shirts! Get your event t-shirts!

T-shirts can be previewed right here.
Note: nevermind the price, I don't want anyone ordering off there, but if you are willing to pay the price, then go for it.

Back:

All shirt preorders need to be in by Sept. 9th.
That should give me plenty of time to get the sponsor's names on them, order them and have a little leeway in case I need to send them back.

Adult shirt- $18.00 Natural or Ash Grey
Women's shirt- $18.00 Light Yellow or Light Pink
Kids shirt- $17.00 White or Ash Grey
Toddler shirt- $12.00 White, Pink, or Yellow
Hoodie- $28.00 Ash Grey

The shirts will be available for pickup at the event. If you want a shirt and cannot make the event, add $5.00 for shipping. All shipped t-shirts will be sent out the day after the event.

Send paypal payment to (stoveck_one@hotmail.com) Make sure to include your name and screenname, sizes and type of shirt. The preview link above has the shirts and sizes that are available for each shirt. If you don't have paypal, send me a pm and I will give you my address to send a check.

1,045.5 miles

Not too bad, I think Neliconcept will be traveling farther. I know for Surf N Turf, they have landcruisers coming all the way from Canada. If you have a couple of extra days, you could explore the coast between here and Monterey on your way back.

Sorry, didn't realize that nonmembers can't view that section. I am trying to get it rectified. Link seemed fine to me because I was logged on, when logged off from there I found out that that section is locked to nonmembers. Stay tuned....

I updated the first post with a "very" tentative schedule. Let me know what you think. I know Oct. is still a long way away, but I am trying to stay on top of this so it doesn't end up lame.

Mike, I added you to the list. Congrats on the new little one! I put +10 next to your name because I couldn't remember how many kids you have.
