black fork, for sure.

well, if he's able to get off of work for that amount of time, he and i may very well drive out there. he's so proud of his truck ... if any of you are mean to him, i swear to god i'll pull out the pickle forks.

you'd drive all the way out to cali for this trip? it'll totally be worth it, but that's crazy, yet cool all at the same time.. but hey others are flying out, they know what's up

almost makes me want to join a CO4RJ or east coast event or something like that

Red - you can go ahead and give the reservation to whoever else needs it ... my brother won't know until Sunday whether he'll be able to take a break from work, but if it turns out that he can, he may invite a friend. So if there are three of us, we may bring his SUT and my runner ... but if it is just me and him, then we'll just come out in his SUT. it'll be his first time, so we can't tear it up too much ... but we can show him some fun I bet.

Anyway ... go ahead and give your reservation to whoever needs it ... I assume that there are hotels or something.

The reservation you're talking about is for camping, right? Or is it for just the general wheeling???? I'm sure we could find a place to camp off-site if necessary. I just don't want to take you up on that reservation when there are others who already know that they'll need it. I won't know until Sunday.

oh, okay, well, if the worst happens, we can always leave at the end of the day and sleep elsewhere.

it'll be a 24 hour drive to get there. but, well, he really wants to put some miles on that SUT. i wish i could bring my 4runner, but i just sold the wheels/tires and don't want to tear them up before the guy picks them up. anyway, we'll be there if we can, i'll let you guys know what i hear from my brother on sunday.

Hi Tracy,

If you cant drive in, why not fly in and somebody can pick you up?? Most logical might be to fly in to LA and one of the LA people can pick you up at the airport. Or maybe one of the closer airports. If you fly into San Jose or San Francisco I can pick you up. I am sure some guys have spare camping gear to loan, unfortunately I dont have any left after I moved.

Too bad you can't make it 4route, one of the things I have planned is getting a shot of my rig airborne!
