Hi BT, I think that would be a great idea to have a class up there like that.

Rob has put those on before and from what I hear, a lot of valuable information is learned.

First time I went out last winter I used my new winch just for the heck of it that day to try it out.
Later that day, I got to use it for real as a 2nd gen that was with us got stuck.

I held six of them last season for various clubs, so I am getting the bugs worked out

The feedback I have received seems to indicate that people find it useful, even at the sessions I have charged for, so there must be some substance there (I hope) heheheh

 

smr4runner: Thanks. I didn't make the site, but the guys I work with have done a great job.
Keep us all posted with info on the summerjam run. Just dont make it during memorial weekend (Im going to eastern washington for some wheelin weehaa!!) My body lift goes on in two weeks!!! Yee haa more!

Ya know, we all would benefit from a good wheeling 101 class. I think that we all need a refresher on trail etiquitte and safety.

I a few month, I'll have a higher level trail program ready to go. I am in the market (and thing I found what I need) for some acerage. I will build an obstacle course for 4wd rigs that will chanllenge anyone.

I was playing at out church today on the course that we have there. Even locked front and rear I gave up on one climb as the mud was too nasty but finally got over a hill climb. My son was in the bacf saying Fun, Fun Fun as I kept trying,. there was no way I could stop.

I hope to have a course on private land that offers mild to wild wheeling and ministers as the same time.

I'M THERE!!! My last summer here before it's time to head off to college and that would be sooooo much fun. I'm not locked, but at least I'll have my new engine up and running (I hope)

 

I hope you guys can schedule it for the middle of June. I will be moving to Florida and this would be a great "and he's off!" trip for me. Any later and I will have to show up in a moving van. Thanks for your consideration.

How many days of wheeling are in the plans? 3+ days would make the drive to Washington well worth it.

 

This sounds fun. If you can plan it either late july or EARLY august, i can probably make it. My wifes parents live in Bend, Oregon and she wanted to visit them this summer. So since I will already be in Bend, maybe I could swing by WA.


Anyone know how far it is from Bend to Washington??

This is somewhat off the topic, but for those of the Christian persuasion.... our club, the Faith Wheelers, will also be doing a organized Naches trip in late August
