New Lift +Tires = 1st Run! (PICs)
Well I finally got my lift installed and took the truck out on it's first run all modded up. I went with the Sway-A-Ways up front and the Downey / Bilsteins in the back (as per Mike's suggestion...Thanks!) and the 285/75 16 Bridgestone Dueler Revos.
I finally finished my installation of everything on Fri 5/9 and left on my 15 hr. trip on Sat. I thought, what a better way to test everything out than on my trip to Colorado. It an innaguration by fire if I do say so myself!
So with little adu...here they are!
Everything worked pretty well. I did have a little rubbing of the Fender flare bolts at full compression, and a little rubbing at full turn, but I suppose that is to be expected.
Let me know what you think!
Alstaz!

That second picture is one of the sweetest pictures I have ever seen (transportation anyway).
That should be in a Toyota ad. Very nice. My compliments to the photographer and to the owner of the very nice 4Runner in the pic!

Congrats on being lifted!! I too love the second pic. You either have a good photographer on a manual camera modes, or I need to know what brand of camera you have!! Its a really fast shutter speed-hence the small depth of field (everthing is out of focus except the subject) Looks like you had an awesome trip!

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad you liked the pictures. I had a good time "posing" for them
As for all the ??? about the second one..., It was taken by a friend with a Toshiba digital camera. I liked the picture so much that I am using it on my desktop. I did modify the pic in PhotoShop to create the depth of field. I do some photography myself and really like the effect. I use photoshop every day at work and had some spare time on my hands. Sorry to dissapoint anyone.
