Need a Nor Cal Hollister Run

We need to get a group together for another Hollister run soon. There's been some good rain so it should be nice and muddy. I was thinking maybe November 13th or 20th. Any thoughts?

i am organizing a run with some guys from t4r.org. we will be meeting up at the ranger station at 9:30 or 10 am. it is saturday 13 nov. was trying to get some guys from there to get into it more, without being too intimidated by hardcore folks. so far response there wasn't too good. excluding myself we 1 go and 1 maybe, not too good.

if my truck is running by then and im not working ill be cool... i probably wont have any money until next year though... i quit my job yesterday and dont have one lined up yet.... i know not the best way to go, but sometimes you need to leave a bad situation before it can destroy you...

Most of Hollister is not that difficult, but there are a number of pretty difficult sections. The good part is that you can make it as hard as you like. We should hopefully have some more rain before then so I expect a bit of mud. It is pretty much an allroand place. The 4x4 challenge has been held there a number of times, hope it tells how difficult it can be in areas. But you can get almost anywhere without the hassle if you want.

there is a ttora run scheduled for hollister on the 13th:

from mike ross ttora: A few people are heading out to the Hollister Hills SVRA park on Saturday November 13th. Meet at the school house at 10AM, CB channel 31. If you
have never been to Hollister before, there are trails there ranging from
easy 2WD stuff, to big rock gardens.

It looks like I'm going to have to bail on this one, unfortunately. It still looks like there will be some guys from TTORA and t4r.org.

We are meeting 10 am at the ranger station. I think the ttora guys will run harder than we will, so it's your choice.
