Anyone want to run Holy Cross on Thursday July 10th?

Mid-week is a good time to run this trail since it can get crowded on the weekends.
I have to leave by 4:00 pm but I should have time to at least run the lower part of the trail.

You mean that Fri Aug 1st? If so, yeah then too. I'm going to be in the area anyway the week of July 10th so I was going to check it out.

There is a McDonalds and a Subway next door in West Vail, we could get breakfast and lunch in one stop. Say leave from there at 8:00am? I called, the Subway opens at 7:30am. They are off I70 (north side). http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showflat....page/0#1194481

Hey I can at least go and ride along. Unless Troy releases Red-Runner for me. Tippy is still out of commission. But I will happily ride along and be spotter and videographer for the trip! Want me to ask CoTTORA if they wanna go? A couple guys on there would be perfect for it. (Lockers and body protection!!)

Well Dale I am still up. Plus Cottora is gonna try again on the weekend of the 19th. So If you'd like my company PM me or post up! I'd love to help out and ride a-long and spot/Video!

Thanks Molly, but it looks like I may skip it now too. I kind of messed up my poorman's beadlock mod. I didn't read the instructions good before I did it yesterday and appearantly it takes the stuff about a week to cure. In the mean time the product actually makes the tire more likely to slip on the rim. I ran to the store after doing it and even at full pressure (40 psi) my tires slipped on the rim. The rear slipped about 6 inches and even the front (I guess from braking because I was in 2wd) slipped a few inches.
