hollister run

I normally pack a recovery bag with snatch ropes and tow straps, shackles, tire repair kit, gloves, etc. I also take along another bag with tools, small compressor, fire extinguisher, first aid, toilet paper (for emergency use
), flash light, tire valve kits, etc. I always have a tire gauge in my truck and a spare in the recovery kit.
I dont have a high lift as my runner does not have high lift points. SO I'm stuck with the little bottle jack. My floor jack is big and heavy and a pits to take around.
If you can bring a bigger jack it would be good, or otherwise a piece(s) of 2x4 wood. I dont thinbk after 3" lift and bigger tires the factory jack will even work on flat ground anymore. Mine just barely makes it and I have less lift and smaller tires than what you plan.
I normally take a coolbox with my food and drink, so we can stop somewhere for a quick lunch and snacks.

I would be slightly upset if they sold the tires to somebody else till they discussed it with me. How quick can they get you another set? I would get them to apologize and get you another set and throw in a freebe of some sort.

Ok guys just to give it a bump and verify the time.
9am at the Ranger Station. I will have the little FRS radio on channel4, I will also have a spare radio if somebody doesn't.
Pack lunch and drinks.
SO far it looks like we will be 3 maybe 4 Runners going. The one that doesn't make it drives a Minivan (bad ripoff from billboard 4Runner add)

Michael, thanx had a great time today.
Busy editing the video, will post some by tomorrow.
Remember to send a link for the pix.
I thought afterwards we should start calling you Maniac Michael after looking at some of the video
You will see what I mean soon.
Your Runner did really well, you just need to get the trimming done.
Hope you made it home with that tire, but it looked fine. I'm sure it will be just fine as the rim looked OK to me.
Now back to those tires, they sure seem to work a lot better than mine in the mud. Pretty sweet setup, worked great, hope it met your expectations.
