I already have the tubing (for my front bumper, the shock hoops, and the final reinforcements for my bed) paid for and waiting for me in Knoxville. Just have to find a good time to get up there to pick it up or bend & weld it up. I'll keep M/K in mind, though, for future purchases.

Cheapest I've seen Staun beadlocks are like $190 for (1) tire...that is $1000 worth of beadlocks...I can do the traditional kind for under $300. You do the math...

Street legal? Having to carry an extra set of wheels and tires to go wheeling?

Answer=wider tires or narrower wheels.

Even with traditionals, you can still blow the bead off the inner part of the rim. Not so with the internals. My previous trip to Tellico saw the inner bead being compromised.

Well just buy me a set of Staun's then and I'll gladly use them!

You know you think the traditional ones look cooler!

Everybody knows it is only what you can see in wheeling that counts!

If we don't see each other at Tellico - I'll PM you the first of the week. At this point I'm 75% sure that Tellico is where I'll be this weekend.
I still have a MV-50 with your name on it... I may be near ya next week... taking a week off of work and doing some RV'ing. Not 100% sure on where yet... I will keep ya posted.. or I could ship...but as I found out it is $pricey$ ...

Not sure when the next trip to Tellico will be?

Hey Brett, have you seen the new scorpian models?

What's nice is that the S3 is definitely towable by a 4runner, and with proper loading, the S2 could be towed by it too. Sweet!
