I'm a maybe for this Saturday. Where are you meeting at 7:30? Dang, that's early, but I can see you have a lot planned for the day.

If you're going to do Webster/Red Cone at the start, I'd be up for the Red Cone branch and meet at the pass. Anyone else want to do that branch?

Count me in!

As for next weekend, I'll have to play that by ear.

Well, okay. 7:30 may be a bit too early for others, too, and really, there's no reason we can't start later. I'm used to going 100+ miles away from town, so I like getting away early. I am by no means a morning person though.

Let's meet at 8:30 (285/Hampden and ~Wadsworth). Specifics to be posted tonight after I speak with Ric to confirm where they're at.

Shoot, *if* 2 folks are up for Red Cone, I suppose this is my chance to try it as well. :chicken:

Ahh - that just made this trip a little more paletteable (sp?) We're still on the fence here. We also have some friends running Middle St. Vrain / Coney Flats this weekend - and we have never done that trail - hmmm... what to do.

Just do Middle St.Vrain / Coney Flats next Saturday. That's when I'll be doing that trail with my brother and a few other friends.

You are more than welcome to come along.

The trails, as indicated previously, are east of Breckenridge. I've linked a couple maps on the previous page.

Good News ,
Work tonight negates work tomorrow which equals I'm in for RED CONE (Last two attempts ended in a broke down jeep and the runner playing mountain taxi back down the hill!). I'll see you guys at 8:30 if there's still room.

And yes, I just can't figure out how to put a picture on this flippin forum, I need one of those "for dummies" books I guess. I've had just as much trouble with the stupid avitars (error message - the file is too large... or... this computor just dosen't like YOU!)

Just face it, you're just st, st, shtoopid!

Glad you'll be able to make it tomorrow, Cade.

I had another gentleman from the Springs email me last night asking if he could join, so this might actually be a real decent turnout.

By my count, we should have 8-10 rigs out there, with John and Jeff being those 2 possibilities.

I think we're about 95% sure we're in for this one. Summer's going quick - better get in the runs while we can!!!

Did you list a CB channel you'll be on - just in case

No problem, Doug, and sorry you won't be making it. But really though, these shady characters are nothing to be afraid of! Actually, it's a great group.

Be thinking about the next 2 weekends as well, like I said.

I'm sorry i'm missing whatever is going on today. I'm putting in my electric fan and doing some job hunting. When I got home from Nathrop I learned that i've been laid off in mid vacation.

Have fun everyone.
