Jay are you gonna have internet access to check this while on your way here - or once you get here? Plans might change due to the weather is all I am gettin' at

Are you talking about me? No steering problem here - just looking to redo my lift setup.

Anyway - not going to be up for a run this weekend - I do keep an eye on this section of the forum...

Should have access along the way. My buddy Adam will have his Verizon wireless card that works wherever he gets a phone signal and well I'll have my Sidekick which while slow, works.

Ok so if Jay's meet and Greet is Monday at Noon, what about a snow run - somewhere... anywhere... on Sunday afternoon? It's prolly gonna have to be just a dirt road somewheres. Got anything like that out near you Ric?

That's WAY up in indian peaks. Last time I heard it was closed (when you guys ran carnage back in November, that other guy went up to run it and it was closed). I am thinking even the fire roads near carnage would be sketchy! But hell I am game ot drive around till we find a place to get stuck, pull eachother out, lather/rinse/repeat

ablank and Guru on the road to Colorado...Tornado Warnings FTW!

That's right, left Houston at about 11 and it hasn't stopped raining since. Some mean rain right at Fort Worth and all the way here. Very impressed with the Hankooks in the rain so far...and that's lots of rain. Finally found a Starbucks here in Wichita Falls. Gonna have some Papa Johns pizza and hit the road again. Hopefully we can make it to Amarillo, TX today.

Just found out a few roads are closed headed to Amarillo. Looks like ablank and myself will have to hop back on CB Radio Channel 19 and find an alternate route. Ohh yeah, this Microsoft Street and Trips is still working kick arse!

Ric and I where thinking Yankee Hill Sunday morning-afternoon. A good meeting place in I-70 west at the lookout Mtn. exit at about 10 am. There is a park in ride lot right off the exit for us all to meet up. Yankee is a pretty open trail for the most part. If someone has a better idea, post it. This is the best we could come up with.
