Pot Luck Information!

Pot Luck Information!

Hi Everybody... the time is here! Wow, it came fast already and I am looking forward to seeing eveyone next weekend!!
I put together a list of all the names I had and assigned specific food items for the Potluck in camp on Saturday night.

I am estimating that there will be at least 40 people there for the potluck so buy according to how many others are contributing in your category. This does not mean that you should bring enough for all 40 people to eat...keep your dishes around 6 to 10 servings and there will be plenty of food for all. There is a large grocery store in Buena Vista with a deli. If you are bringing a dish, remember to bring some sort of serving utensil or cutting utensil.
Everyone is to bring their own main dish (ie:meat to throw on the grill). There will be at least a few grills going for you to cook on. If you are bringing burgers or dogs, please bring condiments and buns of your choice.

The item list is as follows: If you have questions or concerns regarding your listing, please email or pm me and we can work things out.

DRINKS: (pop & water in ice chests) Mike Brown, Reapur, Brian Koch
PAPER= cups, forks plates, napkins, trash bags: Adrian, Schaefer
FRUIT: (fresh or salad) Kyle B., Tyler B., Peter E.
SALAD: (pasta, green, or slaw type of thing) Brandi E., Jeff the Marmot, Brian Kohn, Casey Crowell
CHIPS & DIP: AxleIke, Lance U., Kevin Crow
SIDE DISH: (warm, such as a casserole type) Andrew, Scott Yoder, Brent W., Jim Hughes, SteveO

And of course...
DESSERT: (mmmmmmm) Doug & Darcie, Anna & John, Ric & Edie

Anyone that I missed, bring any of the above. Also, please forgive for mis-spelled names. hee hee

Remember to bring a chair to sit on and a smile on your face!
I know we are going to have a great time.

Thanks Everyone,
Anna Banana

P.S. Remember to bring tongs or a long spatula to handle your meat!

I'll be their between 9-10 Thursday night, I'll be coming from a fishing trip in the Sangre De Cristo mtn's.

My mom and her husband Vern will be staying in their large motor home in the upper parking lot. I'll have her make a few side dishes. Green bean casserole and stuff. She's also going to be up their baking cookies for us.

My 3yr old Anna will be with us on the Chinamans run. My wife and 2 yr. old will come up Sat.

Thanks for posting Anna. Bill Morgan will not be in attendance, but the rest look to be in order.

Isaac is the only other one I forgot.

John, I would take a couple stickers since this is yet another cool design.

For those doing group camping, if you have not paid via Pay Pal, you must find me and pay me at the event. I will be the big hairy guy in a kilt.

For people interested in scenic, I may need someone to lead out of the book. I have not done them and Darcie is the only one who has stepped up.

Casey, consider one of your seats taken as Schaefer is having extra kiddos.

Brent will be a tail gunner, is a tail gunner?, so I would like to ride farther forward in the caravan.

Looking forward to another good time.

I put my 35x12.5x15 Goodyear MT/R's on today to test fit them. No problems, the Jeep had 15's.

The 3 5/16" Back Spaced wheels turn like crazy, I was able to crank back the steering stops over 1/4" inward. That thing turns like a STOCK 3rd Gen now !!!

It's pretty much a factory SA 3rd Gen. So not a monster truck. The 3 5/16" (8x16) wheels are going on the YokoHomos right now, I should have some super BLING! on the street, but not a Bling as my Boyfriend.

I'm not sure "factory" can describe much of your suspension and drivetrain anymore, but that's a good thing.

Chips and dip...roger that. any requests? bean? Guac? Salsa? I'll bring a couple kinds.

So, sounds like you've changed things up a bit, Steve. Is your new setup 3 5/16 8" wheels with MTR's? It wasn't clear to me? Why'd you get rid of the Yoko's?
