Auburn, AL area wheeling?

Just as the title says, those that are from S.E. Alabama, where are good places to wheel? Me and few guys from my apartment building were looking to go out and thrash our 4Rs and don't really know where to go around here and don't want to really talk to the local Chevy and Ford dudes. So, where can I wheel? Anyone?

hey man I go to Auburn. There is actually a ride that me and a few others including dragr1 are going to this weekend in milledgeville georgia. I drive a green land cruiser (80 series) there are really not too many good places to go in Auburn except there is one place in Tuskeegee where a couple of guys have set up some pretty decent hill climbs and what not.

We used to go out to the 'skegee Natl forest and goof off. Other than that, there are not many legal places to wheel. There are miles and miles of dirt roads in the forest though.

Dirty Dog is now closed to 4-wheelers only. Not much in the way of offraoing here (in columbus) mostly a couple of secret places around town, not too much.

Only places ive found are behind the exchange apartments, and a place a few miles the other side of 85 with some places that are ruted out. I've heard about tuskegee but have never been around there to much. Id be glad to show anyone if they feel like going or showing me some other places to go. Im always looking for people around here to wheel with.

Keep it legal guys. Any wheeling in Tuskegee can carry a fine-hum maybe someone here that has first hand knowledge of that will speak up.

Ive had to hide from police to avoid tresspassing charges on 2 occasions and dont really want to get into that again. Haven't gotten caught but Im not one to continue to test my luck. That was at home though.

I lived in Auburn for the past 2 years... had a red Grand Cherokee on 35's. Behind the exchange is good if you want to jump or get stuck in the 1 mud hole. I've only had experience with cops back there 1 time but we lived in eagles landing and took the back way out. Been to tuskeegee too with my roomate "one of those chevy guys" ended up flipping his tahoe at about 3 in the morning. End of story... bad wheeling in auburn.
