Looking for some yota's to run with while I am hanging out on the southwest side of colorado. Never been there so I know nothing about the trails out there and I know better than to ride alone... would like to find some 5-7 rated trails if anything is open by then...

Try Colorado4x4.org staging area.

 

There are some cool trails down there, but most are scenic and go up to 10,000-13,000 feet... so won't be open until late June.

 

yeah, I was told a lot of the scenic ones will be open so I mighht just to that....

I'm only going to wheel one day... I am going to check out telluride and durrango the rest of the time.

 

thats a 6 hour drive,why not leave fri. after work, wheel all day saturday, and most of sunday.

 

Too bad it wasn't the 27th and 28th in June, I will be camping in that area then. I can't wait, and I know you will not be dissapointed.

 

I know it is not easy for you to wrap your brain around, but I am only wheeling for one day... And I am getting there friday afternoon, no worky
