Brandon....you going to try to camp in roughly the same spot as last year???

and NO, I won't be wheeling with anybody either. I am bringing the2 boys......gonna kinda treat it like a truck show for real truck and also just to me you guys. it's really a nice ride (not the way I went last year, so I'm coming a different way)

 

Yeah if I get there early enough I like that spot. Every time I go I get it. Irab88, if you beat me to it the spot(s) I am talking about is way in the back when you hit the parking/camping area you hang that right in the lot and straight back. and a little to the left.

 

brandon- no go on the chainsaw. my mom needs to borrow it (yeah, she's awesome like that). i think we have an ax, and i know we have several wood saws that i can bring

 

axe might be ok as long as we give it to our resident Paul "Brian".

 

Brian is good for shade also!

 

edit: i can bring it. she's using it today and tomorrow, so i'll have it for the weekend

 

Nothing wrong with wheeling with the kids. My son, who has been wheeling with me since he was 4, will be there. He's 11 now and loves it, as does my 9 year old daughter.

 

no, it's fine, I took my son last year. but it's gonna be 3 of us this time and my exhaust system is ready to fall off.....so we are just popping in.

 

I can probably fix that exhaust for ya while down there if ya bring the parts. oh yeah, I found that exhaust sealant, now where the heck did I put it. lol.

 

no....i'm gonna buy a system.

i have a plan.......it involves getting joe's truck up and running and disassembling most of mine......hehehehehehehe (except the motor)....so i'm pulling it off the road at the end of the month. that's why we want HIS up and running

 

take joes off the truck and put it on yours. lol.

 

I got another guy to join us, but he isn't taking the FJ he bought from me. He's taking a Heep. He's also going to meet us there at 8.

I have a buddy riding with me so we can make him designated photographer. My friend that's bringing the 06 4Runner may bring his Sony HD video camera & maybe his Nikon digital SLR. I'm texting him now to make sure he gets them charged up!

body lift is on the truck! so now i can run my 33's! Still need to get the skids on and do a bunch of other little stuff to get ready but it's almost done.
