Yes they are. I removed the O2 sensor since the pictures were taken and in the process broke off the studs. Tried heat to remove what's left and that didn't work. They have been sitting in the garage since. I've chased threads before just never got around to it on these. How much are you trying to spend?

 

I apologize I rushed in excited I found a pair of these but now realize they are the older model that will not fit my 04 Tacoma or so I believe.

 

04 still had the 3.4l. That's what these came off of. Might want to check the models numbers to make sure they will fit your rig. Also what about emissions out there? I thought any intake or headers fail a visual inspection?
