Thinking about buying this
I'm thinking about selling my 85 for this. I have been looking for one of these for ever with the 22re. Has 249k on the clock.
What do you guys think. Maybe I'm crazy. I don't know

I wish I could have both but can't swing it right now. I love my 85 but the 93 is basically the same thing but 4 doors which is a huge plus.
On the other hand. I know my runner pretty much in and out. Ive gone through the clutch, brakes, efi, etc.. And I would be flying to CO to drive it back in good faith that nothing else is wrong.
Decisions decisions.

Well my biggest issue is car seats in the back. I have twin boys that come with me everywhere but they are still in car seats. (Forward facing). The 1st gen just isn't setup well for that. Fiberglass roof, lap belt instead of a shoulder, 2 door instead of 4.
Unless someone else has any suggestions for me to mod it I'm not sure i can make the seats work and be safe.
I really do like it and as others have stated. It already has a solid axle, gears, lockers, etc.

Haha.
I guess I should also say that I don't really need a 4 door because we have a crew cab f150 and a Tahoe. But, I use the runner as my dd and going to have to start taking my boys to daycare.
So I guess my real problem is that I won't be able to dd my runner all the time now and trying to justify getting rid if it.
I am crazy aren't I.

You guys are right. I should just keep it. I know I will regret selling it afterwards. Plus if u get the other one, I will be trying to throw all kinds if money at it to make it like the 85.
I guess I just needed to hear it from you guys to convince me.
Thanks again.
Now what should I do to the 85 next.
