socal laws ?

im from socal. as far as i know theres no law against it, as long as you have a rear view mirror and a driver door mirror. (2 mirrors). if you could find a way to mount a mirror on your rig, then doorless is perfectly legal

I was pulled over when i was riding in my friends 2nd gen toyota pickup when we had no doors, we did not get a ticket but were told we needed to put the doors back on
After some research it looks like in oregon you can run with no doors as long as you have a body tub... as in the way many jeeps have the floor sunken like 4in and you have to climb over a threshold to get in.
I know this law veries from state to state.

I think you have to have something over the big gapeing hole where your doors used to be, and you do have to have mirrors. I'd like to think that the cops have better things to do, like bust crack dealers, than pull you over for not having doors, but sadly, they don't.
