Saw this on another forum

Stock is 239 HP.
What would it be around with the blower added?

I know some of you were looking for something concrete from TRD about this so here ya go!
This is the reply I got when asking TRD about the headers... The names have been changed to protect the innocent.
"<Baldy TMOG>, there are no plans at this time to offer a 4.0L header set. At the top of the list for development is the 4.0L supercharger so we may develop a header after the supercharger is released."

Good gosh, this will smoke the 4Runner with the blower on the 3.4?
The FJ is not as aerodynamic, but it is a tad shorter, and built on the 4th gen 4Runner and Prado frame.
Give the new Mustangs a run for their money perhaps
Not that I would be in a hurry to add one in the near future, but nice to know they have them in case I want to add one down the road.

I think it would be safe to say that a manual SC'd FJ would smoke me. The engine and 6 cogs would be a tough one to beat.
Maybe it has a top-speed governer lower than 106 MPH though. Hmmm...

106mph would be scary driving a boxy guy like the FJ...the wind would really push you around...better get a big spolier for high speed use...haha
well lets see...in speaking of best terms there might be a 35% power increase which would yield 310hp...scary
whats the stock torque on the 4.0? i bet the blower and low truck gears would turn the fj into a tire eating machine.

The 4.0 S/C was reputed to be top priority after 4r came out in '03 with the 4.0, so I wouldn't hold my breath. Would be very cool to have a relatively simple "toyota" S/C though.

Or, you could add the TRD CAI (+11hp peak-to-peak, +14hp mid-range, equivalent torque bump from TRD site dyno curves) and TRD (or similar) cat-back (+9hp p-2-p, +11hp mid-range) for a ballpark bump of +20 hp and call it good for less than $700. On a $/hp it's nearly a wash. At least with the N/A kit you won't need a big brake kit (+$1,400) that should at least be considered with the S/C.
