Throttle Sticking

Throttle Sticking
I've got a 96 T100 with a 5VZ-FE 5spd 190,000 miles
I notice when I coast with a small amount of throttle if I come to a stop light and let off the gas, the throttle sticks sometimes, like at 1500RPMSs or some times like 1800RPMs. If i hit the throttle a little bit it will drop back to where it's supposed to be.
I tried cleaning the throttle body but it didn't help too much, I've played with the adjustment screw on throttle plate too. I'm wondering if maybe it's the TPS sensor? or maybe the IACV? No check engine lights.
Anybody experience anything like this?
