I have a stock '96 T100 DX 4x4 and have been searching high and low for a replacement rear bumper to replace mine that's rusting out. I've seen a few after market ones but don't feel like shelling out $350 for one.

Are there more common models, such as the early model Tundra, which has a rear bumper that will fit the T100?

I did see someone driving down the road here in Houston who stuck a first gen Tundra bumper on a T-100. Not exactly sure how they did it...but it didn't look that great.

Are you required by yer state laws to have a rear bumper? Have you thought about a roll pan?

Other than custom aftermarket...the only other choice is the parts yard fer a used one or a new one from the dealership. You can use www.car-part.com and see what's near you. Good luck!
