my plan for lifting 93' T100

ive decided to lift my truck i bought recently. ive got a 1993 T100, 5 spd manual, 4wd, single cab, one owner, 70k miles, ALL service records from new. this thing is imacculate, so i want to lift it right and not just throw something together.
My plan for the lift:
2" ball joint spacers for front, 2" AAL for the rear.
i plan on purchasing this kit:
http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/...t-p-25245.html
could someone recommend me some shocks to go with this as far as make and size, also what else am i going to need to complete this lift. ive read that the CV axle with be high, and i can crank the torsion bars down to help that, is there anything else i can do to fix this. i also plan to add a 2" body lift and run a good set of 33's. im new to toyotas and wheeling in general so if anyone has any better ideas feel free to chime in as im looking to do this right. thanks for the help guys!

If you're looking to do this 'right', add-a-leaf, ball joint spacers and a body lift are not the way to go. If you want to know why I say that, search around in the newb tech section.

ill look around there tonight. the reason i was thinking the ball joint spacers is due to the poor aftermarket parts availability for the T100. with the options i have found such as the trailmaster kit and others like it, the spacer kit seemed like the most reliable and streetable option. i dont want to go for the 3k long arm kit from total chaos as that would be over board for my situation and would be more than i paid for the entire truck.

Aside from the body lift, why exactly do you say this BM? I've been running the ball joint spacers for three years with no problems what so ever. However, I wasn't happy with the add-a-leaf, so I moved it and went with a Toytec shackle for a first gen Tacoma (95.5-04). I've hab zero issues with the front suspension.

As far as the cv axles go, I would highly recommend manual hubs. Being a T100, you should have ADD on the front, unless it has been converted to manual hubs already. That will save wear and tear on your cvs. Call up wabfab for a set of factory aisin hubs. Anything else is pretty much junk.

As far as shocks, I've been running ranchos since I put the kit on. They've been alright. The part numbers end in 9145 and 9136? I'll double check and update.

-edit- herer is a link to the shocks. I had the 5000's on the truck first, then upgraded to the 9000's. if those don't quite interest you, they'll at least get you the correct length for the fronts. Like I said above, I'm running the rancho's that end in 145 because the shocks for a pickup are too short in the rear. Search for a set for a first gen Tacoma (95.5-04) in the rear. They'll be the correct length.

I am planning on lifting mine in the near future. just haven't decided exactly how yet.
definately want to do the sas, probably leaning toward dana 44's.
Any idea on how much lift i will get from a dana 44 in the back with the 63" chevy spring swap? Also was thinking of coils up front. I would just get a lifted coil kit to match the rear height and add longer shackles if needed .

No modifications. I wasn't happy with how the truck rode with the add-a-leaf. It was too rough and had now flex in the rear. The shackles gave me back both. The ride is much better, and it actually has a little flex now. Here are the shackles I used.

And her they are on the truck.

And here's the truck the night I put them on.

Here is a link for the lift I did on a 96 T100, at first I went with the BJ spacers but they did not give enough lift, went with a Trail Master kit and 2 in body lift, Totall Chaos was out of my price range so really this is the only thing that is in the middle of BG spacers and a TC kit. I have gone back to the Energy Suspension torsoin bars and also went with 2 inch rear block instead of the 3 inch blocks to level the truck out, and the 3 inch blocks were not really for the T100 they looked like they were for a Chevy or Dodge truck anyway.
