Well I decided to remove the ball joint spacer lift from my T100 and install a Trailmaster drop bracket lift. It was alot of work , about 30 hours of labor but it turned out great. This truck also has a 2 inch body lift. With upper spindle brackets and lower A arm brackets the front end has the axles , tie rod ends, and torsion bars are relaxed now, no more bump steer in the steering wheel, and its a much smoother ride with the new scocks. Rear blocks are three inch and angled for the drive shaft. This is not a racing set-up at all, I just use it for camping and driving around in the forest.

Might get bigger tires after this set wears down, they are 32's. Trailmaster and Total Chaos are all thats left for the T100, Procomp quit making their lift kits, and Superlift shut its doors.

Update : Sway Away torsion bars are thumbs down . Put factory T bars back in .

How much was the lift if you dont mind me asking? Also how is the quality of the metal used and can you tell if the pieces are cast?

Im looking to add a 4" lift to my t100 but I need the strength as I already have LT and like to use it

Got rid of the 3 inch blocks that came with the kit, they were oversized so I installed some 2 inch rear blocks , its much more level now , might even be high in the front, I added some steel weights in the rear of the bed, drives way better , especialy on dirts roads there is more of a balance between front and rear suspension.

Update: went back to the Sway Away T bars, i know they are going to last longer and have them not cranked up at all.

I went straight to TrailMaster as I live in the same town, Chino Valley AZ. I think it was about $700 or so, now if you go to a Offroad 4x4 dealer they might charge you $1,200 for the same kit, I called around shops in AZ and they all jacked the price. When I got the kit they had mail order only ,no in store pick up, call them up and see what if they still do it that way.

Rear blocks are cast and oversized for this truck, looks like they were from a Chevy , Ford ect.. Streering knuckles are very strong, most likely cast.
Drop brackets are steel, I welded mine in place so the cant twist left and right
also put a tack weld on the drop bracket bolts. This lift is close to 4inches but I have the 2 inch body lift also, this truck is perfect for the 2 inch body lift, the rear bumper bracket had holes to place bumber right at a 2 inch lift, and you cant really tell it has a body lift , it looks natural. If your are after a real 4inch lift then a SAS would be they way to go.

Got the camper shell painted and added a roof rack, the roof rack is another
reason I went to the 2 inch rear lift bolcks, it clears the garage by about a 1/4 inch !

Super lift is still open, but very slow.I have their 4" lift ordered for my 96t100,but they are back ordered. Its been 5 weeks and will most likely be 3 more. Great job on your T it looks good!

Looks good, I have some parts off of a pro comp lift so I think thats what I am going to go for... I just need to fill in the blanks and get what I am missing.

Super Lift was my first choice. How much did you end up paying for the Super Lift?

I'm seeing the superlift for about $1,100 online and the trailmaster for around $550. What is the $500 differance?

Hey everyone, im new here and really need some info. Ive got a 00 tacoma with a 6" trailmaster lift that has that POS strut in the front. All i need to know is did they use the stock steering knuckle on that lift? Im changing the suspension completely and this will save me about a grand if the knuckles are stock.
