Added three Hella 500's to the bumper. Told ya this build would be similar to my Red 92.

Need shocks and then an alignment. Did the driveway basics but tires are not balanced so I will have the shop do both for me.

Moving on to the rear end this week. Will post more pics soon. Still need body lift, shocks, gears and lockers. Waiting on that big brown truck!

Bagger- I have found some part numbers for Bilstein 5100 series shocks for 2 inch lift for front end. Prices are all over the map. One place is 149.00 per shock others are around 70.00 per shock. Bilstiens are my shock of choice but I have found some Ranchos and ProComps that are the correct length for the front. Still shopping!

Good to know.

I've had a friend who has contact with ARB, trying to find an Old Man Emu option. For a T100 with a 2-3" lift, OME has nothing. Rancho had nothing for me in the 9000 series anymore (what I have now). I didn't look at Pro Comp. I would love to try the Bilstiens but haven't found anything yet.

The one company that was mentioned to me by a T100 owner with a 3" lift was Tough Country. Their catalog only shows shocks for the T100 with a 1" lift, but they did have an option for his 3" lift last year. He's happy with them, so that may work for me as well. I need to visit with them and see if they have anything left.

If you find a good souce for those Bilstiens, would you mind shooting me a PM with a link? Someone has to have something for a lifted T100, but Jiminy Christmas, it's like finding a needle in a haystack...

Thanks farrier!

Crazy busy with work, but got some time today. Mounted the rear shackles. Got 1.5 inch lift shackles for a Tacoma 01-04? from WabFab. Perfect match for the front BJ spacers. Mounted the rear tires and sanded and painted the rims to match the fronts. Still waiting on the body lift, I may need to trim some more but have flex it out with the bodylift on. No pictures yet, major T storm moved in as soon as I was finished. Stay tuned.

Got the body lift done this weekend. Wab Fab got me the pucks and I sourced the bolts locally. Cab bolts were all done with 3/8 hardware and the bed bolts for the captured nuts are 10mm 1.25 thread pitch. The lower portion of the fan shroud comes off with two metal clips to clear the body lift. No other issues with the 1 inch lift. Truck is crazy dirty in these pics

I promise no more driveway poser pics! Hope to go to my sisters farm soon to play around and flex rear to measure for shocks. Still shopping for lockers and gears.

Looks great!! Let us know how the painted alloy rims work out. I want to paint my old 96 sr5 wheels but i have heard that the paint will ship away in months.

I hope not. Sanded them down well and two coats of etching primer. Guess we will see!
