metal lines running underneath radiator leaking??

I found the two lines running underneath the radiator pissing fluids all over the top of my skid plate. I just want to make sure I get the names of these lines correct and get a positive id on the fluids inside each line. I'm under the impression that they are transmission cooler lines...It would make sense if it was transmission fluid to me since the gears have been shifting a little rough. Please help if you are knowledgable. I'm thinking I may need to replace these metal lines, and I was wanting to drain the transmission fluid any how and fill her up with some ams. The truck is a 1996 Toyota T-100 SR5 4x4.

The transmission lines run from the transmission into the bottom tank of the radiator. There are rubber lines that connect the fittings on the radiator to the metal hard lines on the right side of the transmission.

Got any piccies of these lines? They could be the power steering lines...

Power steering and auto tranny both run ATF.

Power steering lines run across there. Tranny lines into the radiator bottom.

They are power steering lines!

A little further inspecting reveals that they are not trans lines but power steering lines after all, checked the power steering fluid, not a drop. Ok, now to replace the lines, any one know exactly what they are called and where a guy might go about getting them, I checked a few parts stores online, i don't see them yet. Thanks for the help guys!

What color is the fluid that's on yer skid plate? Are you sure it's not motor oil dripping from yer valve cover gaskets?

Wipe the fluid up with a clean white paper towel and shoot some piccies of the area and the paper towel. I'm curious...
