BUT!!! One small problem in a way to get inches quick when I first came to own my T100, I installed a body lift and now I have created a terrible eye soar which is an extreme gap above the front and rear tires.

Does anyone know where I might find some quality gap guards, or maybe how to make them?

Any HELP would be appreciated! Thank You.

 

a company called "lift lips" makes them, not sure if they have an application for your truck.

i made some for my 4runner. all you gotta do is go pick up some rubber pond liner from a place like home depot, trim it to size (no exact science to this, just clear the obvious parts and cover all you want covered), and use some push-in fasteners to fix them in place using existing holes and drill some new ones.

Thanks for all the help guys, I'll be looking into both ideas. The rubber first for a quick fix and then maybe some sheet metal for a more protective gap guard.

 

find some mud flaps off of a tractor trailer and cut them to fit. they're made of thick rubber so that should do the trick.

I like that idea just walk around edge of a trk stop lot and get all you need

 

I bought the LiftLips product. I am pleased with them. They are heavy rubber liners cut to fit with all the right holes. The only thing is the plastic push pins that come with them don't fit very tight. I had a couple pull out after a trip down the highway.

My solution was to put a dab of silicone on each pin and push them in and let the silicone setup. No problems since then. I did have to take one liner out to replace my starter a few weeks later and they just pulled right ut. I got the access I needed and another dab of silicone and pushed them back in and no problems.

just my thoughts on the liftlip product. very happy with them.

 

how exactly did you go about lifting the front of your truck. it looks like something i was thinking about, but i would like to know how you did yours as i have been searching forever for something like that.
