i got a 2000 taco and im having problems with it. ill be driving at night and my cd player cuts off,lights dim, truck stalls, and the gages go to nothing. then it kicks back on. until one day it just quit. i checked to see if there is loose wires or if anything is bad but i cant figure it out. any of yall know what might be the problem

 

Did you check any of the relays ?

 

I've also heard A bad ignition switch can do this .

 

ya i checked the relays and replaced them
i guess its time to check the ignition switch
