Trailer lights / running lights

Hopefully someone can help me out here.
'03 Tacoma w/ factory installed towing package.
Trying to hook up my boat trailer. Everything works fine except for the running lights.
I took a voltage reading at the 4-pin connector on the truck, and get no voltage with the lights on. Turn signals & brake lights work fine.
Does anyone know if there is a separate fuse for the running lights, or possibly have a relay diagram to possibly shed some light on this for me??

Thanks!

From: Yotatech, because Pirate is too expensive. NorCal.
If you go to toyota they have a book with the wiring diagrams for every wire in that truck. If you ask them nicely they might let you look at it.

If yours is anything like mine, try it at night. I kept messing with mine, and then I relized that it was something the DRL's. It kept shutting the running light circuit off during the daytime. Wait till dark, then go check it. I'm betting they'll work fine.
