rear hatch window

here's my problem, My rear window won't go down with the key or with the switch. When i press the down button i heard nothing , but when i press the up button i heard a sound from the relay in the hatch. When i bypass the system and i plug the rear window motor to a battery i can roll up or down the window. If i keep the window down and i press the up button the window goes up normally. But when the window is all the way up no more control.

I look at the switch inside , everything is ok.

My rear wiper is also stuck , i heard the motor trying to work put no movement.

I think it's the memory but i dont have any other idea to reset the system.

When i press the defrost the light goes ON.

All lights works perfect in the hatch.

I really need help with this.
thx.

Figured this out yet?

I'll take a stab at it if you are still frustrated with it. See also T4R.org for Runner specific advice.

center lock switch on the console may be depressed. There are some interlocks in the gate itself. left hand side of the gate may not be locking into position.
