Parking Brake light stays on when Parking Brake is off. Can push in the Parking Brake and it shuts off. As soon as you release the brake, it comes back on.

 

Adjust the switch.

 

What year/model? Pedal e brake or hand brake? Either way there will be a switch with a plunger that turns indicator light on and off, it needs adjustment or replacement. Or, just unplug it.

 

Or else you have a problem in the E brake cables that the cables are not retracting all the way.

It might not cause the brakes to drag but it could.



I would check both bell cranks and equalizer to see if it is hanging up any place.
