No horn fuse?!

No horn fuse?!
I was trying to figure out why I have no horn. I looked at the space where the fuse SHOULD be but it isn't there. No connectors plugged in either so I have no way to put a fuse in. Have taken off the nut and checked around the box for a connector but nothing. HELP!
