Need help starter connection

so in dealing with the on going issues i have bn dealing with after my wife let her brother "fix" the 4runner i have been dealing with the connection on the bottom of the starter i have to crawl under and a connect the starter everytime i want to start it because he decided it was a great idea to cut the connector of the wire and crimp on a spade connection, so im wondering if someone could post a pic of one of the connectors so i know what to look for at napa cuz the salvage yard in my area never seems to have any toyota of any kind(it a 1990 3.0 v6) thanks

Are you able to tighten up on the crimped on spade connector at all so that it stays on for you .

I have had problems like this before and just the littlest amount of pressure with a needle nose pliers will keep it from coming loose . there is also the time tested silicone trick just a little bit left to cure over night should hold it in place.

There is of course nothing like the real connector which outside of a yard or a whole new harness I doubt you will find. If it was one from a 22rec I could send you one never seeing the 3.0 one I don`t know for sure if they are the same.
