Need Help finding this lens

Well I been working on making my park lights double as turn signals.. see this thread https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f131/how-do-i-make-my-park-lights-double-blinkers-104633/ It dawned on me that when I had my Runner in England my park lights were already modified for this because of their laws over there. I broke one of the lenses though a while back and I just remembered that's why I bought my clear lenses from Jason B. Before I bought them though I remembered I looked at all the local parts store for a replacement lens but couldn't find one. Here is a picture of the one I need.

This set up is kinda neat. What they did was run a wire from the turn signal and then drilled a hole in the park light and mounted this lens. What it really was is just a repeater but it would work if I ditched my stock lenses. I am going to keep looking for a replacement one so I can reuse my old park lights. I'm not really keen on drilling my clear corners when I can take em off and sell them. If anybody recognizes this bad boy or knows where I can find one let me know.

The lens will have a part number on it. What is it?

This mod was done when I had my truck in England and the only thing it says on the light is Made in England. I'm thinking I might SOL.
