that reminds me when i worked at Fireworks Supermarket. We had spot lights shinning in the air to attract customers at night, and at one point we look out side and one of them is on fire. Some kid put a cut out of the bat signal on one of the lights and the cardboard caught fire from the heat of the lamp.

i would try and make a mounting system that you can easily remove that when you are not using it to keep it from being damaged/stolen. but holy that is a bright light. just try not to kill anyone lol

That's what China used to bring down that old weather satellite earlier this year.

That thing is uber cool, but you are going to spend a lot of time and some money for something you will never use after the first few novelty flashes and your first expensive fine!!

Unless of course you join the minute-men and go help the border patrol on the weekends or something. Those guys will love you.

that light is cool but coming from a person who works on military aircraft its not a good idea. The reason being that they require an enormous amount of circulating air to keep them cool, otherwise they will burn paint and anything else close to it

haha, true there. but i say rig up some twin flex-a-lite fans and let 'em blow! and just think, you'll be having a light as bright as these guys >>>
