HELP! No power to anything!

So I changed my battery the other day and while I was at it I threw in a new t-stat. started up fine. temp started rising on the gauge so i figured my heating problem was in my radiator. turned car off to let cool down. turned back on to move truck. got the buzz from the key switch then all of a sudden it just stopped, along with every other electronic in the truck. I've checked all my fuses and grounds and no luck. I don't even get any power to my dome lights just sitting. Anyone have any ideas? I'm supposed to be selling my truck this weekend and this has thrown a real wrench in the gears. If anyone has any knowledge on relays and what not that would be great. I've check through my Haynes manual with no luck....
Thanks
-Dylan

Yes. Some rigs have it built into the + from the battery to the fuse box.

Both battery cables are corrosion free at the terminals and inside the cable itself?
Have you checked the voltage on the battery?
