how do I change headlight bulbs , and any suggestions what bulbs to use ?

What year and model truck do you have??

OP, they twist out or have spring clips. Please stick with OEM dot approved head lamps or I may be forced to hit my FU switch when I see you coming down the other side of the road at which point you'll be seeing spots for days..
