engine electricial system dies when accelerating
#1
from a idle to a accelerated start the engines electrical system will die at about 1800 rpm, then the truck rpm hits zero and the electrical system kicks back in till rpm hit 1800 again. this happens in milliseconds mind you, causing the truck to back fire, but if the truck is allowed to idle to a speed above 10 mph this does not happen or at any other speed. its like a short i would guess would feel like. i did have to pull the engine to replace the crank, since then i have rechecked the wiring harness but i have not found any missed connection or pinched wires. all gauges work. does seem to be running a little rich, but the bvsv is broken, was before the crank broke. got to fix this the wife will not drive it and the rental car is costing way to much per week. any ideas out there ????
