Dash Lights And Dome Light Not Working.

Ok, I can`t get my dash or dome lights to work, ive checked all the fuses and they are good, i wouldn`t think that all the bulbs are bad, but i havn`t checked them either. is there something im missing ?, is there a hiden fuse or a fusable link somewere that im not seeing ?.

my truck is an 85 toyota 4x4.

Don't mean to be rude..
Is your dimmer all the way up?
And does teh dome light not work in any position?

Yea, the dimmer is all the way up, i even tried a different dimmer and still nothing. were is the fuse for the dome and dash lights ?. I have the FSM on my computer and its no help, it shows the fuse box under the dash and under the hood, but doesn`t say what fuse is for what.

Dome light fuse, info from the fuse box cover:

Dome light should have constant 12V power, the door switches (or the dome light switch) ground the bulb to make it light.
