Cost Effective LED Headlight Solution Needed

Hello;

I am ready to upgrade my 4Runner's headlights to an LED system. Not so many years ago the choices were few and very expensive. Now, there are so many choices with reasonable price tags, that I'm having a challenge choosing. I'd like to know the best ones to buy based on your experience. I will need 4 bulbs: Headlight High and low-beam and separate bulbs for Headlight High-beam. Please advise.

I'll get this in my signature block when I post this.
2003 4Runner SR5 / Sport, 4.oLiter EFI engine

Headlight low and high-beam bulb = 9006
Headlight high-beam only bulb = 9005

I just did this...

I just installed new led RGB halo headlights on my 82 with a compete 79 front clip swap I just ran a constant ground to the lights and cut and eliminated the negative wires going to the switch at the connector in the steering column and replaced it with an ignition hot source so the switch is routing power to the lights rather than ground. Now my highs and lows function with the switch perfectly and are nice and bright. Good luck

LED Headlight Solutions Need to be On Model-Specific Thread

If you have first or second gen MoreFunner, Truck-lites are plug and play.
Comparison here:

However, if you have later model trucks your choice may be more limited.

It's an H4 bulb? If so you can get replacement LED H4 bulbs. Just make sure what ever kit you get has the shield on the tip/end of the bulb. This will help prevent you from blinding others.
