ok, so i have a few little things not working on my truck:
1. when its wet, or even somewhat humid out, my cruise control refuses to set. the dash light comes on, but the set button doesn't do anything.
2. my dome light does the same thing, but works even less than the cruise control. i know its not a fuse or bulb, i've checked.
3. my windshield washers don't work at all, even though i replaced the pump and checked the lines. busted out the test light and got some weird responses from the wires running to the pump.


of all these, i am most worried about cruise control as i like to go on long cruises.

i dont have a wiring diagram for my truck or a manual for that matter since i bought off craigslist. has a 4runner front end and 290k on the dash, been stolen, crashed rebuilt and still my daily driver. YOTA POWERRR =]

PS:
when using the test light on the windshield fluid pump, i would get a blue light (key off) when completing the circuit via putting the 12v end on the + batt terminal and the other end on the - wire running to the pump. with the key on, nothing happens using the same equation. move the test light 12v end to the - terminal and (key on) cross the + wire running to the pump and i get a red light on the test light... wtf?
